Green is in our name and in our philosophy. We are committed to an eco-friendly world and set a precedent by being the first multifamily rental building in Chicago to pursue LEED certification. Village Green believes that green building and operation is no longer the wave of the future, but where the future will live. We are working to make this world a brighter shade of green and our communities support sustainable practices such as green rooftops, recycling, transit-oriented developments, use of non-toxic operating supplies and environmentally friendly construction materials.
